1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Stephen Price, entrepreneur individuel, operating under the trading name Junction Solutions, SIREN 108 309 725, uses cookies and similar technologies across the Junction family of websites and services.
It applies to junction.solutions, junctionsolutions.host, zencart.solutions and client.junction.solutions, including the client portal and order routes.

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies may read or store information in a browser or device. They can help a site remember a session, protect an account or provide optional statistics and functionality.
3. Cookies currently used
The current public-site audit found no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixel, heat-map tool, marketing tracker or third-party analytics service on the checked public pages. The public Junction sites did not set cookies on a first visit.
The client portal and order routes use the following strictly necessary session cookie:
Cookie: blesta_sid
Purpose: maintains the secure client session and supports navigation through the client portal and order routes
Type: strictly necessary, HttpOnly and Secure
Typical duration: approximately 30 minutes, subject to the active portal configuration
Provider: the Junction client-portal service
This cookie is necessary for a service you request when logging in or using the client portal. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
4. Consent
Because the current sites use only strictly necessary cookies, no cookie-consent banner is currently required for the observed configuration. If optional cookies or trackers are added, they will not be placed or read until valid consent has been obtained where required by applicable law.
Optional cookies will be described by purpose, provider, type and duration. Refusing optional cookies will be as easy as accepting them, and consent will be capable of being withdrawn at any time.
5. Browser controls
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the necessary session cookie may prevent login, account access, ordering or other client-portal functions from working correctly. Browser settings do not necessarily provide the same control as a site-level consent mechanism where optional cookies are introduced.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the websites, client portal, analytics configuration or service providers change. The current version will be published on the relevant Junction website. If optional cookies are introduced, the cookie list and consent controls will be updated before those cookies are used.
